FAQs
What fitness level do I need to join?
All bootcamps are designed to be scalable. Whether you're a complete beginner or an experienced athlete, every workout can be modified to meet you where you are. You just need to show up.
What equipment do I need?
Minimal equipment — a set of resistance bands (our Signature Booty Band Set works perfectly), light dumbbells, and a mat. Everything is designed to work in your home or any space you have available.
What if I miss a live session?
Every session is recorded and available in your app within a few hours. Life happens — missing a live class doesn't mean missing the workout.
Is nutrition included?
Yes. Every bootcamp includes weekly nutrition guidance to support your training and your goals. Meals are designed to be satisfying and delicious — not restrictive.
How is this different from a 1:1 coaching package?
Bootcamps are group programs — you train alongside other women, which creates incredible energy and accountability. The coaching is still personalized in terms of modifications and check-ins, but the experience is shared. For fully custom 1:1 programming, see our Coaching Packages.
Can I pay in installments?
